頤康基金會籌款晚會 '龍宴' at The Dragon Ball. This dinner is Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation annual fundraising dinner.

鴻哥負責酒會菜式. Cooked for the cocktail reception.

3星米芝蓮大廚梁經倫 , 梁大廚負責"龍宴"主菜部份。 with Alvin Leung (3 Michelin starred chef). Chef Alvin cooked for the main course (Drgaon Ball Gala Dinner)
